售后服務(wù)和培訓(xùn)
1、設(shè)備驗(yàn)收合格后，設(shè)備保修期為1年，易損件除外，核心部件（等離子電源，電機(jī)，驅(qū)動(dòng)器，控制系統(tǒng)）1年包換，其它部件一年保修。
2、在設(shè)備整個(gè)使用期內(nèi)，我司負(fù)責(zé)確保設(shè)備的正常使用。在接到用戶維修要求后立即作出維修指導(dǎo)方案，如用戶不能自行排除故障，我司及時(shí)指派專業(yè)維修人員赴用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提供服務(wù)。保修期內(nèi)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，賣方接到傳真或電話2小時(shí)內(nèi)做出反應(yīng)并按日計(jì)時(shí)（24小時(shí)加路程）到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)，修理工期一般不超過(guò)3天，設(shè)備保修期后終身為用戶服務(wù)。
3、隨機(jī)附件和易損件的規(guī)格數(shù)量以買方提供的配置清單和裝箱單為準(zhǔn)。
4、無(wú)償對(duì)設(shè)備操作人員和維修人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，經(jīng)賣方培訓(xùn)的人員必須達(dá)到買方的上崗要求。
5、提供銷售一條龍服務(wù)，免費(fèi)提供在供方的設(shè)備吊裝，木箱包裝，裝車?yán)υ?，確保品安全抵達(dá)需方。
6、免費(fèi)為用戶進(jìn)行設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試及培訓(xùn)工作（用戶應(yīng)于以適當(dāng)?shù)娜肆ξ锪f(xié)助供方吊裝和安裝設(shè)備）。
7、設(shè)備保修期以用戶驗(yàn)收日起為計(jì)日起點(diǎn)。
8.到買方報(bào)修通知后, 賣方應(yīng)在 1小時(shí)內(nèi)作出反應(yīng), 如買方不能自行解決, 賣方人員48小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
