傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中斜盤傾角偏大有的甚至達(dá)到了20-25度,從而增大了傾覆力矩使泵在不穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)下工作,進(jìn)而降低了泵的壽命,減小斜盤的傾角進(jìn)而減小傾覆力矩可以有效的改善這種工作的狀態(tài)。液壓系統(tǒng)中柱塞與缸體接觸經(jīng)常產(chǎn)生液壓固著和徑向部平衡。所以就得開密封環(huán)槽 ,一種是開在柱塞表面、另一種是開在缸空內(nèi)表面。從工藝角度來看,前者方便,可是從結(jié)構(gòu)要求上看的話,柱塞與缸孔會(huì)因側(cè)向力作用使其邊緣潤滑條件差發(fā)生液壓固著,如果將槽開在缸孔邊緣的內(nèi)表面不僅可以改善潤滑條件,而且還可以消除液壓固著和徑向不平衡。 ---whhmsyy2019lxy
