雙金屬片式疏水閥的熱敏元件為兩種不同膨脹率的金屬通過(guò)特殊工藝壓鑄一起的雙金屬片，雙層金屬片在受熱后膨脹，由于不同的膨脹率使其產(chǎn)生的彎曲。利用這種特性制作成疏水閥的熱敏元件起到開(kāi)關(guān)作用。雙金屬片式疏水閥分為不可在線調(diào)節(jié)（BK，CS17H和CS47）和可在線調(diào)節(jié)（可調(diào)雙金屬片式TB）。
