一、雙級靜電凈化設備
two stage electrostatic purification equipment
我公司設計的雙級靜電凈化器改變以往單靜電的模式，采用雙級靜電結構，廢氣經過一級靜電過濾大量的油煙后，再經過二級靜電處理，可以更好的捕集廢氣中的細微粉塵和油沫。細微粉塵和較干燥的油沫因比阻高，不易捕集，在經過一級靜電后，停留幾秒鐘的荷電時間，進入二電場后，能很好的被捕集下來，使煙囪排放達到一個很好的效果。
two-stage electrostatic purifier designed by our company have changed ever single static model, structure of two stage electrostatic, a large number of lampblack of exhaust gas can be bed after the first electrostatic filter, then through the second electrostatic processing, fine dust in the flue gas and oil spray can be better captured. fine dust and dry oil spray have high specific resistance, not easy to be captured. but after the first electrostatic charged time stay for a few seconds, enter the second electric field, can be set down very good, achieve to make the chimney emissions a good effect.
一、靜電工作過程原理說明
the principle of the electrostatic working process
（1）、冷卻系統(tǒng)
cooling system
由主風管收集定型機高溫廢氣經由集風箱產生壓力，通過冷凝器前過濾網捕集高溫廢氣中的粉塵、布料塵、布絨等顆粒物，高溫廢氣進入冷凝器（同時配備相應流量大小冷卻塔）冷卻降溫后變?yōu)榘胍簯B(tài)油水顆粒物進入雙級靜電系統(tǒng)。

（2）、雙級靜電系統(tǒng)

降溫后的廢氣，進入靜電廢氣凈化器中，廢氣由下向上的從陽極管束內均勻流過時，廢氣中的水氣和油氣分別冷凝成水霧和油霧；同時在電場作用下，亞微米級的油霧與水霧顆粒在電場內荷電，荷電后油霧與水霧液滴在電場力作用下，向管壁做定向遷移并捕集到管壁上，受重力作用經管壁向下流入設備的底部，經油水分流器將廢油分離后回用，在此同時因高壓電場的作用，各有機物分子將被電離形成帶電離子，有機化合物的化合鍵將被擊破或碳化，至此廢氣的難聞有刺激性的氣味也將消除。經凈化和除味后的凈氣，由設備頂部在排氣管經風機進入煙囪排入大氣，從而真正實現(xiàn)的達標排放。

（3）、油水分離系統(tǒng)

將凈化下來的油水通過特制的油水分離機進行油水分離，以免產生二次污染，并同時有效的回收廢油，達到環(huán)保要求及提高經濟效益，降低運行成本。

（4）、排放系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)

主風機根據(jù)進煙和排放的大小由變頻器來決定排放量并經由煙囪排放，真正做到節(jié)能減排的效果。

（5）、安全防護系統(tǒng)

在靜電廢氣凈化器上、及其前部管道上，分別設有相應的自動和手動閥門及能提供電信號的可設溫度上限的溫度儀表，當管道內發(fā)生著火問題時，廢氣溫度會升高至設定上限，系統(tǒng)會自動關閉靜電廢氣凈化器前氣動蝶閥，打開廢氣直排煙道閥門泄壓，并同時開啟蒸汽管道閥門可分別向廢氣靜電凈化器內或煙氣管道內噴入蒸汽，實現(xiàn)自動報警和快速滅火的功能**的避免火災的發(fā)生。

（6）、智能控制系統(tǒng)
inbligent control system
系統(tǒng)可設定本地、遠端兩種操作模式，具有柜體面板按鈕和遠端觸摸屏兩個操作端，兩種操作模式互為鎖定，可充分防止操作指令沖突引起的運行混亂現(xiàn)象，可保證操作安全，可靠。遠端操作模式下具有手動/自動模式可選。自動模式下，設備可自行判斷用戶定型機的開啟情況，根據(jù)定型機的實際開啟數(shù)量，智能選擇凈化設備**運行模式，自動調節(jié)高壓電源、風門、消防閥、風機、水泵等運行狀態(tài)，全程無需人員操作。

一、雙級靜電凈化設備

一、靜電工作過程原理說明
the principle of the electrostatic working process
（1）、冷卻系統(tǒng)

由主風管收集定型機高溫廢氣經由集風箱產生壓力，通過冷凝器前過濾網捕集高溫廢氣中的粉塵、布料塵、布絨等顆粒物，高溫廢氣進入冷凝器（同時配備相應流量大小冷卻塔）冷卻降溫后變?yōu)榘胍簯B(tài)油水顆粒物進入雙級靜電系統(tǒng)。

（4）、排放系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)

主風機根據(jù)進煙和排放的大小由變頻器來決定排放量并經由煙囪排放，真正做到節(jié)能減排的效果。
