隨著鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的應用范圍不斷的擴大，最近幾十年，建筑圍護材料也取得了飛速的發(fā)展，分別經(jīng)歷了壓型鋼板、組合式壓型鋼板、夾芯式壓型鋼板這三個階段。巖棉夾芯板廠家為您介紹如下：第一階段由單層涂層鋼板經(jīng)輥壓冷彎而成,僅解決屋面、墻面的承重和防水問題;第二階段是上下兩層壓型鋼板(通常屋面板上層板波高稍大,下層板波高稍小),中間另行鋪設巖棉、礦棉、聚苯等輕質(zhì)、多孔、松散材料以求達到承重、防水、隔熱保溫的三重作用;第三階段是改變第二階段的分三層鋪設的做法,為了改善板材的性能,提高施工的工效,在專門的工廠里生產(chǎn)出聚苯乙烯夾芯板和聚氨酯夾芯板以求承重、防水、隔熱保溫于一體,成為真正的復合材料。但是,聚苯烯和聚氨酯因其材料的局限性,其防火性能較差,對有較高防火要求的建筑已不太適應,在此基礎上又引進開發(fā)了巖棉夾芯板。

巖棉夾芯板上下或里外面板為涂層鋼板,經(jīng)輥壓冷彎成型后的壓型鋼板,芯層為不燃、硬質(zhì)、憎水型巖棉板或礦棉板,面板與芯層之間用膠粘結(jié),芯層纖維方向同面板垂直。
巖棉夾芯板的色彩由面板外露涂層顏色決定。上下(或里外)面板的厚度為014~018mm,通常面向室外的面板稍厚,面向室內(nèi)的面板稍薄。芯層厚度視建筑保溫隔熱要求分別為30~120mm。 板長視具體工程要求確定,但要考慮制作、運輸、安裝的方便,通常屋面板板長同檁條間距相匹配,一般長l[616m(當檁條間距為3m時,板長跨越兩個檁距)。墻面板板長同柱距、層高相配合,夾芯板橫向布置時,一般板長l[610m(同6m柱距匹配),夾芯板豎向布置時,板長需同檐口高度和墻梁間距相配合。
